Convex advised the Shareholders of M2 Digital, a UK-based managed print services company, on an investment from ECI which values the business at £33m.
Mike Driver and Peter Quinn formed M2 Digital in 1992, the business employs 180 staff nationwide and provides managed print and IT services to small and medium-sized companies and larger corporates. Customers include Manchester City, Balfour Beatty, and law firms Pannone and Turner Parkinson. Its contracts cover more than 7,000 customer sites across the UK.
