Convex has acted as the exclusive sell-side M&A advisor on the sale of Access Hire Services, leading providers of skilled arboricultural, substation and overhead power line management services, primarily to the UK power network operators, to Enterprise plc.
Access Hire Services operates in the Midlands and in Wales and has 62 employees. It will be integrated within Enterprise’s existing activities, which will allow its specialist skills and experience to be extended to the Group’s customers and over a broader geographic area.
