Convex advised the Shareholders of Byzak, a leading civil engineering contractor, on a £17.5m sale to Enterprise plc, a support services company that provides infrastructure maintenance services to the public sector, the utilities industry and other large organisations.
Byzak, employing 240 people, is a leading and specialist main contractor, combing both M&E and civil engineering capabilities to deliver complex build and engineering projects to the UK’s Water Utility companies.
Enterprise offers nationwide services to maintain the infrastructure of the UK, operating in the utility and public sector markets, with revenues in excess of £1bn.
