Convex Capital led the sale of Direkt Optik AB, the Swedish retail opticians chain to Benelux based Hans Anders, in a transaction that valued the Business at 11 x EBITDA.
Hans Anders is a private equity backed, pan European retail opticians business, with Revenues in excess of €500m.
