The business was founded by Shaun Ellison in 1993. Today it generates Revenues of more than £50m, with an EBITDA of £6.7m.
Convex Capital steered the process through an incredibly complex regulatory environment, including an OFT enquiry, a judicial review and a Competition Commission enquiry.
The Team at Convex also managed a due diligence requirement of epic proportion, with over 7,000 documents in the legal data room, a financial model with over 1,000 man-hours and a private equity buyer.
