Rockshore
Convex Capital originated, structured and led the sale of real-time software developer Rockshore Limited to US based CACI in a deal worth in excess of 8x profit.
Rockshore is the market leader in the provision of software solutions designed to facilitate enhanced decision making in complex environments. Last year their products helped Rome airport save its airline customers over €250m of fuel.
The deal was originated in-house by Senior VP Warren Meggitt and managed to completion by CEO Mike Driver.
