Convex advised the Shareholders of Ten Motives, a UK based e-cigarette business with particular strength in traditional grocery and convenience channels, on a sale to British American Tobacco (BAT).

Based in Cheshire, Ten Motives was founded in 2008 by Art Devlin and Tony Jones and supplies e-cigarettes to Tesco, Sainsbury’s, WHSmith, The Co-op and directly to consumers through its two websites and six retail outlets.

The Company supplies e-Cigarettes under a range of brands including Cirro, Ten Motives and Smoke Relief.
